Responsibilities

We are seeking energetic, results driven person who can maintain and develop mutually profitable business relationships and liaison between builders, developers and architects to provide the complete roofing and Door / Window frame solutions for medium to large scale development projects.

You will be a key contributor to the team, and a committed marketing person. To be successful in this hands-on role you will need to have a sound knowledge of marketing techniques. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and peers, and have excellent communication and marketing skills. You will also need to demonstrate the presence of commercial astuteness, personal interaction skills and be significantly networked in the market.

Requirements

         Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any relevant studies.

         Well conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia

         Ideally, we are seeking candidates with a proven track record in new business or

         Relationship management with 2 years + experience in the building and construction industry. 

         Other essential personal attributes are Creativity / Innovation, Sense of Responsibility,

         Customer Focus, Decision-making / Problem Solving, Time Management, Presentation

         Skills and Attention to Detail. 

         At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

         Exposure to Architects and Developers would be beneficial. Candidates with experience in closely related products are encouraged to apply. 

         Own vehicle is required for frequent  travelling interstates to cover a geographical sales territory..
